We topped out 90 mph on the freeway and spent most of the ride under hard braking, accelerating and lane changes. At 1725 the driver finally arrived and we tried to re-enact the Grand Prix of Long Beach. All called and were given arrival times ranging from 20 minutes to 5 minutes. By now there were 4 of us, all waiting to go to LAX, all for a 1615 pickup. To no ones surprise the car still did not arrive which resulted in another call with the stock '20 minutes' response. This time they had trouble finding the reservation but eventually did and advised me it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes had lapsed I called them back. At 1635 I called them for an update on driver. 45 minutes after my check in I was fortunate enough to have someone going to Long Beach share his ride (with the consent of the driver). Despite having a reservation there were no cars available (apparently vans can no longer utilize LAX). Check in at LAX was relatively quick and then the wait began. Last weekend I used them (used at the last minute due to Super Shuttle going out of business) to go to and from LAX and Long Beach. Prime Time get a 1 only because the review will not accept a zero. Please be aware of the no service and unprofessional response. This was not just poor service but most unprofessional in how they handled the whole situation. I had used Supper Shuttle in the past but they are no longer in business. I cancelled the return shuttle stating that how would I know if the return shuttle may also be cancelled leaving us stranded in Long Beach, upon our return. The advise they gave me was to hang up and find other transportation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. The reply was there was no van available so I asked if they could send two cars. I explained that I had not received the text. I was told that Prime Time had texted me the day before to let me know that the van had been cancelled. On Monday, May 16, 2022, 11:45, I called to confirm because I did not receive an update on my phone. My family was visiting from out of town for the family cruise. Trip ID 921328, passengers 7 and luggage 9. ![]() On May 3, 2021, I booked a Prime Time shuttle Private Van to take my family to the port in Long Beach for a cruise.
